Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

Inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (by letter, fax or email).

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, the date of dispatch is decisive.

Consequences of cancellation
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of the contract to Weinstall Jensen, Schleswiger Str. 153, 24941 Flensburg.

Once we have received the goods back from you, we will refund all payments to you no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We can refuse the refund until we receive the goods back.
